Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoor events. Dinner will be indoors. Keep this in mind for your shoe choice and don't forget to pack a pair of sunglasses just in case!

For ease, we will have a deluxe coach to facilitate travel to and from Sage Lodge the day of the wedding. Guest Shuttle Information Pick-Up Locations & Departure Time     •    Kimpton Armory Hotel – Shuttle departs at 2:30 PM     •    Element Hotel – Shuttle departs at 2:30 PM (following the pick-up at the Element, this shuttle will pick up any remaining guests from the Kimpton) Guests staying at the AC Hotel can easily walk across the street and board the shuttle at the Kimpton Armory location. Please be ready at the front entrance of your hotel by 2:20 PM. Look for a Karst Stage charter bus. Return Shuttles     •    Return trips will depart the venue at 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM     •    Both return trips will drop guests off at the Kimpton and Element hotels. We encourage all guests to use the shuttle service for convenience and safety. Let’s celebrate stress-free!

Black Tie Optional. We ask men to wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women to wear an evening gown, a midi- or knee-length cocktail dress.

Due to the guest count limitations set by our venue, we ask that only the individuals listed on the invitations attend the weekend festivities.

Absolutely! We will have alternative options please just be sure to note any allergies or dietary restrictions on your RSVP.

If you're planning to visit Bozeman with your children, we'd be happy to offer recommendations for childcare and family-friendly activities. Please note, however, that our weekend wedding events will be adults-only.
